Decent size room in lovely bright flat

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person to share my flat with. Queer friendly people and vegetarian/vegan only please!

Short term lets available if needed until September - then longer term only.

The flat is clean, modern and south facing, top floor and has a balcony with amazing views over the city. The room to rent also has the same great view. The room is approx. 2.6 x 4m, including a large built in wardrobe. It's fully furnished and currently has a really comfy single bed or you're welcome to supply your own double if you prefer.

You’ll have use of your own bathroom with bath and shower - it's the main bathroom, but I have an ensuite so I use that.

I’m friendly, responsible and interested in art, meditation and getting out into nature. I’m pretty self contained and an introvert by nature so I need space to myself too. I love cycling to get about, wild swimming (any swimming) and yoga, so there’ll be opportunities to share those interests if you like.

The flat is in a great location for walking and cycling as it's by the canal and near Ruchill Park and the Kelvin Walkway. It's a really peaceful place to live, while also really close to the big Tesco on Maryhill Road and a 15 minute walk from the botanical Gardens and Byres Road.

There’s off road parking and if you have a bike there’s space in the flat for it. There are just stairs - no lift. 3rd floor.
