Your room has a double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk and chair and bedside and desk lamps. Comfortable arm chair. Plenty of storage space in the room. Your room faces the back garden.

The flat has new gas central heating and new double glazing. Superfast reliable broadband. Washing machine but no dryer - I dry my clothes on a hanger, I take big items to the launderette which is two minutes away. Wooden flooring. Ground floor.

If you need parking. On the street, with a permit. The car must be owned by you and registered at this address. The rules change occasionally, so please check with the Glasgow District Council. Many empty spaces.

Clean new bathroom with good shower.

Small but well-equipped kitchen. (Rice cooker, coffee grinder and Balmuda toaster).

I'm an artist and lecturer working with photography. I'm friendly and easy to live with.
