Room on Byres Road

Hello!
Our flatmate is moving out and we thus have a room available in our flat.

The flat is located on Byres Road, in the heart of the West End, very close to Hillhead subway, Glasgow uni, etc

About the flat:
It has 5 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one without), and a laundry room.
It's a two-level flat, so there is quite a lot of space for everyone. :)
The landlord is really nice, and very quick at fixing things.

We are all working full time, some working from home others in hybrid mode. We like spend free time together :)
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so everyone clean after themselves.
We enjoy having our own space while also hanging out together every now and then in the kitchen, so we're looking for someone nice and friendly and with whom we can all get along with.

The bills are usually ~£100 /150£ a month including council tax, energy, and WiFi.

The lease starts on July 15. Normally we pay the rent on the first of every month. As a result, you should be able to pay your first rent (250 pounds) on that date. Our landlord also asks for references.
