Room to Rent in Woodlands

Hey everyone, I'm taking over a contract for a two bed flat in the Woodlands area, and am looking for a flatmate to take the other room.

The flat is a good size, furnished, with a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and lots of storage space (see photos attached). There is on-street parking outside the flat (would need a council permit). Any questions, please fire my way!

I'm a 2nd year PhD student at the University of Glasgow. Outside of work I love the outdoors, and do quite a bit of running and walking in the hills, and some biking as well. I enjoy going out, but also chill nights in too. I'm friendly, easy to get on with, tidy, and am looking for the same really.

Rent would be £675 per month (excluding bills). Postgrad students would be preferred for council tax reasons mainly, but anyone feel free to get in contact.

The council tax is band D

Unfortunately there is quite a tight deadline for signing, so if interested, you would need to be ready to move quite quickly. I know this isn't great for some so thought I'd mention it here.
