There is a cosy double bedroom available to rent in a flat in the St. George's Cross/Woodside area of Glasgow, with great natural light, views, and patio space.

The flat is in a good location, within walking distance of the city centre and the west end. There are also great public transport links with bus stops and the subway station just a stone's throw away. Charing X train station is also close by. For any students, the flat is handy for accessing all Glasgow's universities and colleges. Kelvingrove park, the river Kelvin, and the canal are all close by for access to green spaces.

The room is available immediately, and looking for a flatmate for at least a couple of months, but open to longer term as well.

The rent is £450/month excl. bills, but including broadband. The flat is furnished.

The property is Council Tax Band C.
