Double Room In Lovely Finnieston Flat

Double bedroom available in a lovely 4 bed flat in finneston.
We’re situated about a 12 minute walk to the university of glasgow (you get to go down kelvinway on your way to uni it’s always such a nice walk).
The rent is 520 and bills are 30 a month (we have set bills so they don’t change which is actually really nice during the winter ahaha). We are looking for someone to move in for july (needs to be by mid july as that’s when rent is paid but can be first of july as thats when our current flatmate is moving out).
A little bit about the flat: we’re three girls all studying at UofG. Im 21 and about to enter my final year in psychology, Katie just turned 22 (she’s still coming to terms with the no more free bus travel) and is about to enter her final year in medicine (having a live in almost doctor is pretty great) and udita who would be moving into the flat at the same time as you is 20 and is going into her 3rd year of comp sci :) The flat has a washer and a dryer and 2 bathrooms, the 3/77 bus stop is right outside the flat (like across the street it’s actually ridiculous how easy it is ahaha) which is so convenient for getting into city centre! We've always been quite a close flat and we’d would love to keep that going xx We do love a flat dinner (I love to cook so im always happy to be the one cooking) and would love to be friends as well as flatmates. That being said we of course respect the need to just have some me time (sometimes you just need to have dinner on your own watching your show and that’s so fair we all need that). For council tax reasons we’re only looking for female students sorry!
