The flat is kept clean with all current tenants sticking to the weekly rota.
The bedroom for rent has a built in wardrobe and comes with a double bed and bedside table. These can be removed if you have your own furniture to bring. If you could provide your own mattress that would be encouraged but if not, one will be provided at a charge to be worked out.
No pets live in the flat but 2 large dogs occasionally visit or stay for a few days at a time. They are very friendly but lively so dog lovers are preferable.
Bills included in the rent are electricity, gas and wifi.
Additional Council tax bill to be paid by the 1st of each month. This is arranged by the current tenants so the payment is made to a current flatmate.
