Quiet rear facing room available, 0.5 miles from Asda with frequent bus service 1 min from flat and 20min walk from Ibrox SPT.

Hoping for someone who likes cats and wouldn't mind looking after Fred the cat sometimes.

I'm a nurse who does 12 hour day shifts and tend to go away hiking about 1 weekend a month so you'd have the place to yourself during those times.

I'm an outdoorsy vegetarian who goes for a sort of 'lived in' level of tidiness, so although I like to keep the place clean it maybe wouldn't suit someone who has a need for minimalism in the home! So looking for someone with similar approach.

Has the usual facilities, bath, electric shower, washing machine, broadband.

Monthly rate includes all bills. Don't get too excited about the 'cupboard' in the bedroom photos as that's actually the boiler, although there is some storage space above and below it.

I haven't lived here very long, it's my first time owning a place and I've always shared with others before this, but finding it's quite warm for a tenement which is a bonus. Open to short or long term stay.
