Glasgow Southside Room for Rent

We have a lovely room available to rent in a great flat situated in the Southside of Glasgow. We are 5 minutes walk from a train station which will take you to Glasgow central in 12 minutes. Also a 5 minute walk from several bus links around Glasgow. If you drive, you will also have your own private parking space right at the flat. The flat is in a quiet residential area up its own private road away from the main road.

It is a lovely ground floor flat with cosy touches, perfect for relaxing after work or having some friends over. We have also created a small seating area out the front for when the sun appears.

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress & wardrobe.

This is a bit of a unique situation which will be a positive for the person renting as myself (Katie) and Dean will be away with work and you will therefore have the flat entirely to yourself majority of the time. We own the flat and currently live here with our small dog however we will be moving to London in August.

We are renting out the room as we would would like to keep our own room as base should we be back for the occasional weekend, event or seasonal holiday. We will always keep in touch with you and should we be returning for a bit, would let you know with plenty notice.

We are looking for a female, single person & professional and are asking for £650pcm which would include all bills & council tax. All we ask that you take good care of and respect our home.
