Large double room to rent denniston/ riddrie

Hello so I am currently a live in landlord with my wonderful room mate Annie turned sister I never had, Pablo her rescue pup from Spain and minou the cat from Paris. They are a fun bunch. I have made the decision to go travelling for the foreseeable so regrettably be leaving this little haven and leaving the flat in her hands. So we are looking for a lovely person to take over my room. It's a large double room comes furnished. The flat had a boho sort of mid century hippy vibe to it and sits on the corner of the building so the living room is lovely and bright with the side window looking onto the trees. Which is my favorite part. Can hear the birds all day. Flat has a bath and an amazing shower and the kitchen is bright and has a gas cooker fridge pantry. Photos will show everything you need to see. Annie however we met on this three years ago and she moved in immediately and it's been just wonderful so it's important for me to have someone who is sociable like her but respectful ,.chill super nice and can get along with a cat and a dog which is a main priority. it really feels like a home here and would want that for the person moving in to feel like home. The flat is in a quiet pocket just outside denniston next to the park so about 10 min walk to Alexander parade through the park. Bus stop is pretty much a minute walk from the front door takes you right into down or further on to Southside. Any questions please contact me.
