Hello all,
I am subletting my room while I’m away to England for a month. My landlord is usually away for work during most of the summer so the flat will largely be available to yourself.
Looking for a tidy person. Preferably not someone who works from home to keep bills to a reasonable level while I am away. There is on street parking and great transportation links nearby. Move in date would be around 30th June 2024 (flexible) - 31st July (flexible) as I will be back by then. In a council tax B area.
