The room is equipped with a double bed & bedding, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a bookshelf, a TV stand and a TV. The size of the room is 13 m²s excluding the built-in wardrobe.
The flat also consists of a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room and has a strict no couples, no pet and no smoking inside the flat policy.
There is a big Morrisons shop only a one-minute walk away from the flat on foot. The nearest bus stop where you could hop on a 9/9A/38/38A in order to get you into the city centre is 3-minute-long walk from the flat. Cardonald train station is a 10-minute-walk from the flat in the opposite direction.
The flat is currently occupied by a 25-year old Scottish and a 33-year-old Polish professional.
The price of the room is £160/week which excludes utility bills (Internet, gas and electricity), but includes council tax (Band B). Utilities are around £50/person all together. A deposit of £400 is requested.
I would prefer someone as a flatmate who wishes to stay for a longer period!
