Furnished Double Room with Ensuite

I have a large double room with an ensuite that is fully furnished which will be available from August for rent, preferably looking for a female tenant at the preference of the current tenant, and both professionals and students are welcome.

The flat is on the top floor (second floor) and is in a beautiful condition, it has secure parking available and the area is quite but walking distance to Glasgow city centre or either colleges or the university of Strathclyde.

Bills are not included but will be on average around £55 per month. This is wifi, gas and electricity. The council tax band is D.

The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a second bathroom with a shared shower. There is also washing machine and a clothes dryer in the living room/kitchen area. The double bed is an Ottoman and has a large storage space underneath. There is also a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
