It is a very cosy, spacious and warm flat.
My first property so still a work in progress, but in a perfect living condition.

The £450 per calendar month cost involves rent + all the bills!! :)

The flat is slightly to the Southside of the city, but it is well located. It is 3 minutes away from the train station which takes you right to Glasgow Central in 10minutes.
Also there are plenty bus stations around.

I am looking for an individual who is well kept and caring, someone that is tidy, very social and outgoing. With a solid routine and that is well organized, or at least tries to be.

I am a very positive and outgoing person with a strong focus on my career, therefore I keep myself organized and busy.
I would be working most hours in the day, where after I would tend to keep up with my workouts (boxing, swimming and gym).
I also have a dog, a small loving border collie, which I'll be fully responsible for.
