Hello:) My name is Euan and my current flatmate is moving out soon. A few things about me are that I am a Data Analyst (weekdays wfh) and a Receptionist for a Student Accommodation (weekends) so I won't be in the flat a lot during weekends, weekdays ill just be in my room. A bit about myself, I like playing guitar etc (don't worry I have a mini amp that plugs into my headphones), playing PlayStation / Xbox / Switch, I like going on holiday/gigs a lot to make up for all the working aha, usually spend my time with friends at the pub or cinema. I am also non-smoker:)

Looking for a professional (due to council tax) to come in, someone who is clean and tidy, chill and easy to get along with. No students please!

Rent - £410
Council Tax - £78 (each)
Internet - £14.42 (each)
Bills - £106.35 goes into Octopus Energy each month, so around £53.20 each, however the bills are getting better now, what me and my current flatmate do is split the £106.35 and then when the bill comes in I send them back their share if the bill is under the value, and it always has been cause we don't use a lot of electricity and barely any gas.

Myself and my Dad repainted the whole flat last year. I am not the landlord, I just wanted to do-up the flat before my current flatmate moved in.

Location is great because its 2 stops into town or a 15 minute walk, or you can go straight to west end Partick in 10 mintues.

Also, all of the furniture in the bedroom par the small white bedside one is included. The desk can be sold as it's my current flatmate.
