Hi, we are looking for a single professional male , to share our lovely home. The house is detached within a Marina in Wateringbury, there are beautiful riverside walks, super countryside, lots of space in a secure setting. There is a train station a 3 minute walk away. We would love to find a single professional person, must be clean, tidy, and like a dog and cat. No smokers. We are friendly and easy to get along with, also are away evenings a fair bit to which you and the cat will have the house to yourself and 1 other person, generally we are here during the day working from 10 to 2.00 All bills included ( although an agreed amount of heating and electric ) .
