We are proud to offer this furnished room with double bed in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom shared house. Just a 12 min walk to Slade Green Station which has frequent service to London Bridge Station or a few minutes ride to Abbey Wood and the Elizabeth Line.

In addition to a furnished bedroom, also included is the private use of a bathroom. The communal areas include a modern kitchen & diner, comfortable lounge, and a well maintained garden. High speed internet and all utilities included.

The property is owned by a gay couple and their 2 dogs. One owner is his father’s carer and primarily stays with him in Southampton, with the dogs being mostly there as well.

On street parking is available if needed. Smokers considered, but only allowed outside.

1 tenant is preferred, but a couple would be considered with an increase in rent to cover the additional utilities.
