There are only 2 bedrooms in the property, each with their own en-suite, so very spacious.

The en suite includes a toilet, sink, shower and mirror.

The property has a separate kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven with hob, microwave and kettle. Also a large living room area with U shaped sofa, dining room table with four chairs and a downstairs toilet (shared). There is a small garden to the rear of the property, with a washing line, patio and outside table and chairs.

The bills included are council tax, wireless broadband, Sky TV, water rates, electricity and garden maintenance.

Solicitor approved contract.

HOUSEMATE
I am a young professional who is respectful of others. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, go on runs and occasionally go out for dinner and drinks with my friends and I have a very friendly hypoallergenic dog and garden rabbits :)

I work between London and at home, so get up quite early in the morning to get ready before work and gym and also I dog sit a friends dog twice a week, so the new housemate will need to be okay with small dogs.

PARKING
There are parking spaces available on the road including a visitor parking space, however these are shared with the neighbours so on a first come first serve basis, but always room to park at the end of the close - no permit required on the road.
