Furnished - wardrobe, double bed, easy chair (cream can be changed for orange one), bedside table, lamp, pictures, mirror, clothes airer, bedding, drawers (could be changed for a desk and chair).

Near to Station and town centre.

Shared bathroom (ground floor), kitchen (inc washing machine), dining/sitting room, nice garden and basement den.
Council Tax and all bills included.
Key to Room, access for;
Twice a month, sheets and towel change
Once a month room clean

YOU
must go out to work, can be full-time shift work
will need to provide an employer confirmation and reference from your current/last address
be established and employed. in the UK ie Tax/NI
must be relaxed and used to "sharing"

HOUSE RULES
No music/TV/screens in rooms after 10pm unless with Headphones.
There is a TV/DVD/gaming in the basement den which can be used considerately at unsocial hours
Limit of 15mins in the bathroom at busy times (ie getting out to work)
Soft shoes to be worn indoors
