We have a lovely double room, located in Dartford for let.

The room is a great size and decorated in neutral colours. It comes with a double ottoman bed (lots of space underneath), a huge wardrobe as well as a small desk and chair.

You will have sole use of the main bathroom as well as free parking located right in front of the house.

The property itself has been newly renovated. There is a shared kitchen/dining area with brand new appliances throughout. The appliances include an induction hob cooker, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Microwave and a toaster. The kitchen also has ample storage with a pantry being also available.

This property is close to the town centre just a 9min bus ride from Dartford Mainline Train Station making it ideal for commuters.

You will be sharing the house with 1 other male (live-in Landlord) who is very down to earth and approachable. His beautiful fiancé (me 🥰) occasionally pops by but you will pretty much have the whole house to feel comfortable in.
