The house has a shared living room, spacious kitchen, good size garden, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and free on-road parking available - 1 min walk to the closest bus stop.

Electric and gas bills are not included and are split equally across all housemates. Expected additional cost p/m £30-£60 (varying on time of year). All other bills are included.

Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and who is comfortable with the dog being in the shared areas.

The room is a spacious double overlooking the garden with a built in wardrobe and work space.
