A £100 non-refundable Administration fee applies to first-time tenants registering with us when you reserve an Isle of Man room. (not applicable to UK rooms)
A minimum £175 deposit may also apply in lieu of a home owning Guarantor.
ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL at 11 June (earliest) but preferable move-in date is on or after 17 June.
Short stays will be considered however an uplift in rent is charged on short stays of under 4 months.
IMPORTANT in peak season and race weeks (Easter- August inclusive) please be advised a rent supplement will apply if not staying 6 months/long-term.
In all cases where leave date is left open (does not apply to fixed date short stays that have paid a supplement) with no exceptions long stay tenants must give one full calendar month's notice (equal to one full rental period) this is so the house-share remains fully tenanted to minimise the need for
a rent increase (when reviewed annually) and to maintain our high standard of maintenance and inclusive services for all residents.
