Hello there, my name's Shak and I am a born and bred Londoner that has moved out to Herts for a peaceful calm life.

We have two rooms to rent; a spacious and light double room and a small cosy single room in a quiet area living amongst, the
elderly, families and conscientious students.
An end terrace house where much light enters from both sides. A small garden and near a woods and stream to paddle in (five minutes walk).

Walking distance to the shops and a twenty minute walk to Welwyn North station.

I am a professional and have been in a commited relationship with my girlfriend of six years. I am young, however, I am an introvert extrovert who likes peace and calm, strictly no dramas.

Because I work in London I often stay with my girlfriend and my Mum is my personal assistant, she spends roughly two nights a week at the house and stays in my room so she can support my grandparents and look after my home.

This is a great opportunity for lodgers that need a quiet space.

We are looking for trustworthy, respectable and honest lodgers to be part of our home and are offering viewings ready for lodgers to move in by the end of March.

The house has been freshly painted and new carpet put down on the stairs and double bedroom. We are still finishing some works in the kitchen and bathroom and getting a couple of wardrobes for each room.

The living room is big and can be shared 80 percent of the time. There will of course be moments when family and friends are visiting and of course we will let lodgers know this beforehand so the living room will be out of use.

The kitchen is spacious and there is a dining table and chairs for people to eat, sit and chat.

We are a family that like to talk through, address and negotiate any issues in a calm respectful way with the mindset of focusing on solutions. If you share this way of being then we welcome you.

We are a warm and friendly family and are looking forward to sharing the space with like-minded people.

There is already a brand new microwave, two brand new air fryers and an oven that is a year and a half new.

The house is clean and tidy. There will be a handbook with guidelines given on the upkeep of the house.

There is a shed in the garden to store a bike or bikes and on street parking.

Down to my work commitments your first point of contact will be my Mum and I will meet you at the interview.

If you are a couple it will be £1000 per calendar month for the double room. No couples in the smaller room.
