I have 2 x double spare bedrooms available in the HMO I am currently living in. My housemates are moving out due to their Graduate Schemes ending.
I have lived in the house for almost 2 years now and love it! Preference will be for somebody clean to move in and love the house like it’s their own!
The house comes furnished, it is a 7 minute walk away from Letchworth Train Station, has easy access to both London and Cambridge.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 private Ensuite, 1 shared upstairs Bathroom, 1 shared downstairs W/C).
Very happy for people to view the house beforehand.
