I’m offering a double room in my modern, 2 bedroom luxury flat, located less than an 8 minute walk from the centre of Hitchin and a 12 minute walk to the train station - perfect for London commuters as direct trains take 30 minutes to Finsbury Park, Kings Cross/St Pancras. Cambridge, Brighton and Gatwick Airport are also easily accessible.

The flat is set back from the main road and located in a secure, gated community just off Fishponds Rd. The balcony and lounge offer stunning views on to playing fields, making it a quiet location, free from traffic noise.

Car parking:
Off-road parking is available with a small caveat.

Bedroom:
Good size double bedroom with sunny, quiet outlook and nice views.

He's such an absolute legend, who's extremely friendly and loving - he will have you laughing every day guaranteed.
He loves cuddles, playtime, tummy rubs, treats and disembowelling his toys.
Cavapoos are naturally hypoallergenic so even if you have allergies, it's highly unlikely you'll have any problems.

My ideal flatmate:
Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
Someone who loves dogs is a must, as he will want to come and chill with you, especially if I have popped out.
