Our current flatmate is moving out end of the month and we are looking for someone to take over the room. There is a new mattress and will be freshly painted for the new tenant.

We enjoy a quiet life and spend most of our time at work so there are generally no clashes with using the facilities. If you are open to maintaining the cleanliness of the property and are respectful of other tenants it would be perfect.

It is great to get along and be friends with those in the household, however if you are a shy person or not keen on interaction that is no issue.
