I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room available to rent in my house in Queen Bee Court in Hatfield.

This room is available to a professional or student who is aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price.

Unlimited high speed broadband is available at the property.

I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also maintains the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The house has a large kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery, cooking saucepans and utensils.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
