Double room in family home

We are a middle aged couple in our own home. Professional and home maker. Our home is very family oriented with grandchildren staying often and children in the house approx 4 days a week.
Facilities include a double room with bed, drawers and fitted wardrobe. Bed changing can be available if needed at no extra cost. Access to the bathroom upstairs which has an over bath shower. Large kitchen downstairs and a downstairs toilet .
We have 3 cats who are very sociable so must be a cat lover
Easy travelling distance for university of Hertfordshire in Hatfield
