Room in stunning flat close to hospital

My current flatmate is moving out and I am hoping to renew my current tenancy with a new flatmate. This flat is spacious, well looked after and close to the hospital and common. The flats are full of professionals and have great parking, CCTV monitoring and some outdoor storage space (to be shared with myself). The room available is a large double room which has large built in wardrobes. All other furniture in the bedroom will need to be brought with you. Bills will be set up with myself an the new tenant and split 50/50. The flat has a communal garden at the back of the property perfect for enjoying a summer evening or morning coffee. The pictures I have added show the flat empty. The communal living space is now furnished which you will see if you come over to have a look.

A little about me., I am a professional woman looking for someone clean and sociable to flat share with. After living both in large house shares and alone, I have found my home in my lovely flat just outside the city. I am now looking for one other professional to share a flat with. I am very chatty but will often be out trying to find the beach or running. I stay with my partner several nights a week so will not be around all the time, and will have him stay some nights. I am looking for someone who also has their own independent life and hobbies, but is up for a beer and a chat if it happens we are both in on the same night. I am looking for someone respectful for noise too late in the evening and who like me, keeps communal areas clean. I'm always up for doing something social and getting outdoors.
