I booked this accommodation for the next academic year (2024/2025) but I have dropped out now and need to find a replacement for my contract! :)
It is for full time students in Southampton. I have not met the other people living there as the contract begins in September but it’s 4 other mixed gender students. (I can contact the accomodation to ask). All undergraduate.
It’s Austen house and it’s £139 per week with bills and WiFi and laundry facilities on site.
13th September 2024 - 5th September 2025
51 week contract
It’s a £250 deposit but this is then taken off the total rent which would be £7089
Small double en suite (11.9 sqm)

When I find the replacement I will email the accommodation so they can take over my contract
