Cheap and fantastic house in Southampton near uni

Original price £400 per month, excluding bills. Last month's bills were around £30. No sublet fee. Fully furnished, move in with just your luggage.

The room is 14 square meters, located on the second floor, with a 1.35m double bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with a double-door refrigerator, oven, microwave, and more. There are two gardens. The house has a total of five rooms, and this is one of them, with one bedroom and one bathroom. It has a washing machine and dryer. The room has a vacuum cleaner, a large cabinet, and ample storage space.

It's very close to the Highfield campus, just a ten-minute walk or seven to eight minutes by bus. The bus stop is right outside the door, next to the popular Hampton apartments in Southampton. It's a three-minute walk to McDonald's and Sunny City Chinese Supermarket, and a five-minute walk to Tesco. Located in a quiet and safe residential area with friendly neighbors.

Most of the roommates are students who have graduated and left for the summer.
