Need a student to take up my flat for the dates from June 16th to September 7th (a total of 12 weeks)
The flat has a 24-hour front desk, and common facilities such as a gym, study room, laundry, and car park. Conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from Southampton city center, there is a bus stop right underneath the apartment building for direct buses to all University of Southampton campuses. There is also a supermarket and hairdresser on the ground floor, making life extremely convenient.

The 3rd floor of the apartment faces east, and on a clear day, you can watch a beautiful sunrise. The roommate is quiet and good to get along with, and the kitchen can be kept clean and tidy for a long time.
