Lovely Double Room in a Modernised Victorian House

Fully furnished double room in a spacious and modern Victorian terrace. The room benefits from a restored fireplace, large fitted wardrobe & large window. The room comes with a double bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers, storage bench, a fitted wardrobe and an extra double rail wardrobe opposite the bedroom door in the hallway. We also have a large attic and locked shed (space for a bicycle) for extra storage if needed. The tenant for this room has access to the main bathroom, sharing this with only one other tenant.

The house has two large living rooms with working fireplaces, a dining room and a kitchen with walk in pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double range cooker, dishwasher and washer dryer. We also have a large west facing garden, where we make very frequent use of the BBQ and pizza oven. The house has fast internet, SKY TV and we have basically all of the streaming services. For those who work from home, there is plenty of space to do this in the house.

The house is located an approximate 10-minute walk from Bedford Place and Southampton Central Station, a 5-minute walk from the Common and a 30-minute walk from the hospital. There is a small convenience store at the end of the road, with a selection of larger shops being only a 5-minute drive away. There is plenty of on-street, free parking on the road.

Currently there are three of us here, including myself (live in landlord). As friends, we enjoy cooking together, hanging out in front of the TV, BBQing/pizza ovening, playing games and being in the garden together. There is also a friendly hamster named Russell living with us too.

We are looking for a clean & tidy professional, who will fit into our friendly relaxed household.
