Situated close to QA hospital with great transport links. Easy walk to Cosham train station and Cosham High Street.

We are a professional couple with a young son, one of us works from home and the other a 3 day hybrid system with a local commute. There is an existing lodger who is a doctor that works shifts at QA Hospital.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a mixture of young families and retired couples so would suit lodgers who would respect this and not expect a student atmosphere. We enjoy socialising and host gatherings throughout the year and like to make use of the large open plan space we now have. We also have our own living space we can retreat to, so there will be plenty of room to chill out.

Deposit is one month's rent upfront. Notice period for lodgers is 1 month and 2 months if landlord needs to give notice.
