Double room in Colden Common nr Winchester

Double room available in Colden Common from July. Current occupant is moving out and I'd like to get a new lease sorted out.

Small, quiet village handy for Winchester, Eastleigh and Southampton with beautiful green spaces and river walks. Convenience store/post office and chinese takeaway just a five minute walk, a specialty coffee pod outside the door on thursdays-saturdays, plus there's a farm shop and cafe in Twyford a few minutes up the road.

Your room will be the largest of the property, (I have the single room that I just use for sleeping). Bathroom has bath and electric shower, kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine (clothes dried on clothes horse as no dryer).

Free parking space available as I don't use it.

Council tax band B (around 71 per month) paid by you to council.
Your half of bills including water, gas, electricity and internet: 85 per month
No TV license in property as I don't watch TV, you'll arrage that yourself if you need it.

Looking for someone LGBT friendly (as I'm half of a disabled queer couple) who wants a bit of a chill life with low stress. I prefer to walk in the park rather than party, I'm quiet and creative, spend most days at my computer in the lounge drawing. My disability is anxiety and depression, so looking for someone chill who doesn't mind if I'm a bit quiet. My partner comes to visit a few days a week, they're fun and friendly and we mostly cook and go out for walks.
