A direct train, car, bus to Southampton. A nature reserve and a round walking track of approx. 2 miles are nearby. 2 local pubs within a 5 minute walk and ten minutes to the local shops.

I do live at the property so looking for someone tidy, reliable and friend. I’m out at work all day and most Saturdays and out keeping busy most evening.
