2 Rooms Available in Student House Withington

We are a group of 6 girls who’ll be going into our third year of uni come September, and we’re looking for 2 more people to join our house ASAP.

We’ve signed for a 6 bed house, which part of was originally going to be cut off and converted, but the landlord had decided against it for now and has asked if we can find 2 more flat mates for a reduced rent for everyone! Where property was originally £650pcm (£150pw), it will now be £568 pcm bills included (£131pw). Summer rent is paid monthly then rent is paid in line with student loan payments.

The house is located in Withington, great transportation (on main bus route and Burton Road tram stop is a 5~ min walk). Washer, dryer, dishwasher, huge garden, 2 toilets, 2 fridge freezers, big living/dining room and lots of space for parking.

The 2 rooms available are both double rooms, one of the rooms is on the first floor (bedroom 5) and the other is on the ground floor (bedroom 4), which also has a shower in the room (see videos below).

You’ll be living with 6 girls between the ages of 21-24, and we’ll all be going into third year. 4 of us do subjects related to health such as nursing, SALT, etc so if you have placements we’ll be considerate of that!
