Looking For Flatmates

Hi
Currently have two other students who leave in June so looking for new flatmates to share this great house. It’s a well kept clean shared home with large eat in kitchen and patio doors to small garden. Spacious lounge and dining area.. there’s a bathroom on first floor and new shower room and toilet on ground floor. Bedrooms are all clean and well kept with natural light . Parking is available on the street and it’s a short walk 15 mins to uni or 10 min bus ride to Piccadilly. There’s a massive ASDA around the corner.
Availability’s flexible as there is space now but two rooms becoming free when my current flatmates leave so some choice in rooms . It’s a clean friendly and respectful space Ideally suited to those looking for a decent place to live and study rather than a student party house!
