Large single bedroom Tottington Bury

I'm looking for a respectful and friendly lodger to live with myself and my dog (female preferred), open to a friendly dog if they get along as it would be company for mine. Individual must be in employment and be respectful of the property and one anothers space.
I work within the NHS and combine WFH and visiting different GP practices across Bury. I am sociable and an easy person to get along with and I am looking for similar person. An absolute necessity is that the individual lodging is good with my timid dog Dottie who 'comes round' to people quite quickly with patience.
Any smokers must do so respectfully outside. I would like someone who tidies up after themselves and is generally considerate
Bills are included with Sky and wifi. There is a small oudoor area with modern corner rattan furniture and firepit. Small shared kitchen, fridge, freezer and washing machine and large dining area, medium sized lounge with 3 piece reclining sofas. Road parking available however short bus routes into Bury town centre.
