Double Ensuite Room Available in Cornbrook

My current flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for someone else to take over her room.

I am a 27-year-old professional, working as a Senior Research Associate and am looking for a female professional to move in on September 1st. Your room will be double and ensuite. It is the one on the left in the video (i. e., the bigger room, without the bathtub).

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, lively, and understands the value of living with others. Regarding myself, I am very tidy, friendly, organised, and enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. I respect personal space, but would also not be opposed to doing activities together.

The two-bedroom apartment is situated in the VOX flat complex. You will have free access to a range of high-quality amenities, including two coffee machines, a printer, a Studio, work-from home spaces, a fully equipped residents’ only gym, a rooftop running track, a residents’ lounge, rooftop terrace, parking space, and bike storage. There is also a post room and concierge is available 24/7. VOX also organises 3-4 free social activities per month, which is quite nice.

The rent plus broadband/ WIFI will be £740 per person. The other bills (water + electricity + council tax) vary per month, but the total average is around £170-£190 per person per month. Council tax band is D.

Vox is located at Cornbrook, a short walk away from Castlefield and convenient access to Deansgate through to the City Centre. You’re also just a couple of minutes walk away from the Cornbrook tram station and the canal. There is a Coop right next to the entrance of the building and a Tesco shop located a 10-minutes walk away.
