A security deposit of at least five weeks rent is required. Rent is to be paid at least one month in advance. Pre-Tenancy Funds are payable when an application is submitted which are non-refundable in line with our Terms and Conditions.
It is the resident"s responsibility to insure any personal possessions. The rent does not include any utility bills or Council Tax. All photographs, floorplans and measurements have been taken as a guide only and are not precise.
