Clean quiet house looking for a clean quiet person to share our home. We are looking for a friendly clean living individual to share a lovely spacious house in seedley, Salford. The property is a five-minute ride on the metro to Media City and BBC. Salford Royal hospital is a short walk from the house and Salford University is 1. 5 miles, Manchester City Center is a ten-minute Bus/metro Tram ride. The property has a free WIFI connection and all mod cons and also meets all the national fire regulations. The current tenants are all friendly people who keep their home clean and tidy. There are no parties at the house as they are always held elsewhere, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. A cleaning rota is in place and each person does a weekly clean of the common areas once every 5 weeks. A cleaning service also attends. The house is close to all major transport links including bus/metro tram links. Smoking is allowed but outside on the terrace. Come and have a look you will not be disappointed !!
