Double Room available from 28th July

Hello! My name’s Ben and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from the 28th July as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy.

The property is a two-bedroom flat on the sixth floor which includes a large, shared living room-kitchen area. The available double room is a modest size but comes furnish with double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. It also has its own separate bathroom (shower-bath). There is also a Juliet balcony, alongside an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, as well as washer-dryer.

The building has amenities: a concierge, a small gym, and cinema room. The building overlooks Regent Retail Rark which has a big Sainsbury’s, JD gym, Boots (incl Pharmacy), petrol station, Costa amongst others. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and 10 minutes from Spinningfields.

Bills aren’t included in the price, but they are usually around £150 each per month. We have Hyperoptic broadband with bandwidth of 1 GBps. There is no parking space, however, the Hotel Campanile opposite rents these out for around £100 per month.

I’m a Project Manager so have a standard 9-5 schedule, and fully work from home. I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar schedule. I’m social and love to spend time with friends on weekends, all things football, films, games etc. I’m also into running and going out to pubs/restaurants - so I’m hoping not to solely find a flatmate, but hopefully someone I can be friends with so that we can do this and any shared hobbies together!
