Double bedroom available in three-bed flat

We are seeking a new flatmate to take over a room from 16th August.

The flat is a five minute walk to Spinningfields and ten minutes to Manchester city centre, and is also right next to a pretty, bustling area of bars and cafes. I’ve lived here for almost four years and have loved the location and the flat itself!

We have an assigned parking space in a secure underground car park.

The current occupiers are two female professionals in our mid-twenties. We’re respectful and clean but also often socialise together. We go to bars, gigs, the cinema and both go to a running club, and of course chill in the flat together sometimes.

Rent and bills together come to under £600 each per month so it’s a great deal in today’s market.
