Double Bedroom with en-suite

My current flatmate is moving back home so I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 3rd August for 1 year. I’ve lived here for 2 years and really not wanting to move as it’s a lovely flat in a perfect location (chapel wharf).

I’m 24, originally from Cumbria but moved to Manchester for uni 6 years ago. I currently work as an oncology nurse, working shifts in a hospital but will be doing more of a 9-5 community job from August! I am chilled, sociable and love trying new things. I enjoy going out, but equally love a cosy night in. I’m wanting to get into fitness so someone to go to classes with would be cool! I’m also very clean🫧 so would be looking for someone who also appreciates a clean space and can respect each others spaces.

Rent is £1445 (£722.50 each) without bills. Gym and wifi are included in rent price. Bills are roughly - water (£40) electricity (£100) and council tax (£194) which totals to £162 each. Altogether, around £885 for rent and bills💸

Deposit is around £400 but possibly less - small burn in carpet of bedroom (£300 to fix) so last flatmate arranged it to come from her deposit when contract is over.

Double room with en suite, south facing balcony☀️ the entire length of the apartment, fully furnished (see pictures). Secure parking is available for £150 a month but not sure if there’s a waiting list.
