Buddy up

I am looking for a female flatmate to move in with me at the end of July. This is a two bed flat, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The building has its own gym, parking and security. I’ve included the advertised description below. I am in contact with the estate agents and have a viewing booked for next week.

I have just finished my degree in fashion marketing at university and I have just accepted a job within fashion industry- I’ll be working 5 days a week in office. I go to the gym regularly, enjoy cooking, music and outdoor activities like walks in the Peak District. I’m past the stage of going clubbing every weekend, although an occasional drink or meal out is fun. I’m looking for someone like minded, who is clean and respectful of the shared spaces.

You should know I have a house cat called Luna (I’ve included a photo of her), she will be living with me. She is fully house trained, doesn’t scratch and is extremely friendly. To be honest she’s more like a dog, she can sit and do paw- even cat haters have a soft spot for her.

Rent is £600 per month each with an option to add a package for utility bills. Holding deposit equivelant to 1 weeks rent, refundable upon successfully completing referencing. One months deposit is also needed.

To be eligible you must be:
- A working professional
- Able to provide a good reference
