Room has become available due to my current flatmate moving to Liverpool with her boyfriend. No Deposit Contract. Currently ends March 24 but have had a second term approved by landlord with no fuss so I’d imagine another year extension would be no problem from March 25 onwards.
Cosy furnished flat, spacious shared living area, fairly cheap bills and own private car parking space.
Beautiful find a short distance from Peel Park. Shops and amenities a short walk away. Spinningfields is a 10min walk, St Peters Square is 15-20min walk.
Your room is the largest in the flat, complete with an en-suite. The flat has 2 bathrooms so no need to worry about sharing! The landlord is very flexible about changing stuff around so feel free to make it your own.
I am currently a bartender, I do work late and get in at early hours but I’m quiet and respectful - my party animal days are gone by 😇. I’m also a musician and plan on moving into this full time towards the end of this year.
Ideal flatmate would be someone tidy, respectful and fun. I’m very social but I do enjoy my own space at home so no pressure on always having to be super chatty. Open to all genders. Smokers welcome, I just ask you don’t smoke in the house. Theres a balcony out front or a Juliette in your room. I’m pretty laid back and open, just hit me up and we can get a feel for eachother.
