Flatmate Wanted: Lovely Flat in Wilburn Basin

I am advertising for a new flatmate (preferably female) as my lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The room you’ll have is the larger room and has an en-suite. There’s a utility room with a washing machine and a shared open plan living room/kitchen. We also have a dishwasher and there’s a balcony. The apartment complex also has a free gym, cinema room, working spaces and a car parking space.

The flat is really well maintained and we haven’t had any issues at all with the flat since moving in! The flat also retains heat fairly well so we have never had to put on the heating either😅

The flat is right next to Sainsburys Regent Park and there’s also a TK Maxx, Boots etc. close by. It’s also about a 15 minute walk from Deansgate-Castlefield tram and 20ish minute walk from Peel Park which is great for a walk/run.

I am 25 yrs old and a civil servant, I work from home 4 days a week so preferably would like someone who works mainly in the office. I love cooking and eating out at new places, reading, going to the cinema and going to gigs. I also love running and going for walks. I love meeting up with friends and having people over but I’m more of a food and drinks/pub person than someone who goes clubbing🥰
