Hi, I’m Josh and I’m looking for a new roommate to replace my current one who is due to move out in mid-late August.
The room comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The flat is within walking distance of Deansgate and the City Centre and overlooks Salford Central Station.
Rent currently each is £550 (proposed to go up to £600 TBC), *excluding bills.
Deposit is 4-5 weeks rent.
I’m looking for a working professional in their early to late 20s who is happy to split bills straight down the middle and is a laugh to be around as it will be a shared living room and kitchen so I’m looking for a roommate who will also become a mate.
Ideally a fellow 9-5er but hospitality workers welcome (I used to be one myself)
Preferably a non-smoker but definitely drug-free and must have a decent credit score otherwise the letting agency will either reject you or demand a guarantor from you.
