Double room with own bathroom

Hey!

My current flatmate is moving out so i'm looking for someone to take her place in our lovely flat (Council Tax Band C). You would be signing from the 12 of July but there’s potential for you to move in sooner. Rent + bills comes to roughly £850 per month per person. The tenancy runs until November but I’ve not had any issues with renewing for the last few years.

There's a double room which comes furnished with a comfy bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with access to its own massive bathroom. The communal area is really spacious and bright with a Juliette balcony and our building also has a small gym attached which is free to use. There’s a 24hr concierge, meeting rooms and a media room that can be booked. There is a retail park opposite with a Sainsburys, JD Gym, Boots, TK Maxx and a few other shops available which is really helpful. Can walk into Deansgate/Spinningfield areas in about 10/15 minutes and there's plenty of bus and tram stops within walking distance. People do rent out parking spaces in the buildings often but at varying prices. Before I had a space I used to pay to park in the Sainsbury's opposite and never had any issues.

i've been living in the flat for nearly 3 years now and love it so far! I'm originally from down south (sorry?) and now work at SRFT and a GP practice so never WFH. I tend to keep my weekends and most evenings pretty busy but I'm hoping to find a flatmate I get on with so we can hangout as well as live together. Basic spareroom ad i'm sure you're all sick of reading but I like gigs, film/tv, shopping, nights in and out, food and drink etc and am looking for someone with similar interests and basic flatmate etiquette like sharing the cleaning of the communal areas etc.
